Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Baby Massage & Baby Yoga Classes with The Ro Studio/Samantha Cleveland Cancellations and Refunds ○ If you need to cancel your place before the course begins, 14 days' notice is required for a full refund. ○ No refunds will be given after this date. ○ Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the instructor. Please contact me directly to discuss. Missed Classes ○ If you are unable to attend a class, please inform me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for missed sessions. ○ If the class is cancelled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), a make-up class will be scheduled, or a refund will be provided for that session. Communication ○ I will contact you once payment has been received and again when the next payment is due if there is one. I will also inform you of all the details you will need including directions to the venue, parking information, and full contact details before the class. ○ If you have any questions before or during the course, please don't hesitate to contact me directly at 07948470980. Liability and Safety ○ By attending the class, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own and your baby’s safety during the sessions. ○ Please ensure your baby is in good health and you have received the necessary medical clearance for you and your baby before attending. Confidentiality ○ All personal information will be kept confidential and used only for communication regarding the course. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Instructor's Rights ○ The instructor reserves the right to refuse entry or participation in the class if necessary (e.g., health and safety concerns). ○ The instructor may make changes to the schedule or venue if required, but will notify you in advance. Health Conditions ○ If you or your baby have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns, please inform me before attending the class. This will help ensure the class is suitable and safe for you. By booking a place on the course, you agree to these terms and conditions.
